Protein Ice Cream Mix Vanilla
The dry ice cream mix has a complete amino acid composition of whey and egg proteins.
Just add water and enjoy without feeling guilty!
1. Add water or milk to the powder (the ratio is 1 to 3);
2. Mix for 5-7 minutes until incorporated;
3. Pour the blend into the pan and put into freezer. Use Power Freeze function if available;
4. Every 15-30 minutes take your ice cream out of freezer and whip to thick cream. Keep your ice cream in the freezer for 2 hours in total;
